What ParentSync Planner does

ParentSync Planner provides informational planning estimates based on birth month, birth year, and reference year values entered by the user. ParentSync Planner does not provide medical advice, fertility diagnosis, pregnancy prediction, or any guarantee about the sex of a baby.

Information you enter

ParentSync Planner asks for:

• Birth month
• Birth year
• Reference year
• Last menstrual period date (only if you choose the pregnancy mode)

These values are used to calculate the planning estimates shown in the app. Planning inputs are stored only locally on your device and are not sent to ParentSync Planner-owned servers.

Device identifier

To enforce the one-time free generation limit across reinstalls, the app sends an anonymized, one-way hash (SHA-256) of your device identifier to our servers. This hash cannot be reversed to identify you personally. It is used solely to track whether a free generation has been used on this device.

Purchases

If you buy or restore ParentSync Planner Premium, purchase activity is processed by the app store on your device and by RevenueCat, our purchase infrastructure provider. RevenueCat may process purchase identifiers, entitlement status, product identifiers, transaction data, app user identifiers, device or app metadata, and diagnostics needed to provide Premium access and restore purchases.

Apple and Google may also process payment and account information according to their own terms and privacy policies. ParentSync Planner does not receive your full payment card number.

Data sharing

ParentSync Planner shares purchase-related data with RevenueCat to enable premium access, purchase validation, and purchase restoration. ParentSync Planner does not sell personal data.

Health and sensitive data

ParentSync Planner is not a medical device and does not connect to HealthKit, Health Connect, medical records, or clinical systems. Do not use ParentSync Planner as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, fertility care, contraception, or family planning decisions.

Retention and deletion

Planning inputs are kept locally on your device only as needed for app functionality. You can remove local app data by deleting the app from your device. Purchase records are retained by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat according to their legal and operational requirements.

The anonymized device hash used for free generation tracking may be retained on our servers until you request its deletion. To request deletion or any other privacy assistance, email emachado9202@gmail.com.

Children

ParentSync Planner is intended for adults and is not directed to children.

Changes

We may update this privacy policy. The updated version will be posted at this URL and reflected inside the app.
